LyvooriaThe data controller is Štěpán Schut, company ID [IČO], registered address [Sídlo / místo podnikání], e-mail admin@lyvooria.com. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Czech law.
1. What we process
Account data: e-mail, password (only as a secure hash), date of birth, phone (if you add it).
Profile: name, photos, bio, location (city and possibly approximate coordinates), interests and other details you fill in.
Activity: messages, posts, likes, follows, reports, purchases and credit movements.
Payments: amount, pack bought, status and the payment ID at the payment gateway. We never see your card number or other payment details – only the payment gateway processes them.
Security: IP address, device and browser type and a random device identifier at sign-in (account protection and fraud prevention).
Profile verification: a selfie used to check identity, visible only to administrators.
2. Sensitive data
Sexual orientation, gender identity, health and lifestyle details (e.g. substance use) are special categories of data under Art. 9 GDPR.
We process them only with your explicit consent given at registration. Filling them in is voluntary. You can withdraw consent at any time by removing those details from your profile or deleting your account.
3. Why we process data
To provide the service (profile, recommendations, messaging) – performance of a contract.
Payments, adding credits and handling complaints – performance of a contract; accounting and tax – legal obligation.
For safety, fraud prevention and moderation – legitimate interest.
Automated check of paid content – legitimate interest (enforcing our rules and our payment partners' terms): photos you offer as paid (in posts and in messages) are assessed by an AI model running on our own server for nudity or sexual content. The photos are not sent to anyone and nobody looks at them during the check; the result is only used to allow or refuse the sale and is not stored. Other messages and unpaid photos in messages and posts do not go through this check.
The same model also checks profile photos: we store the nudity risk with the photo and may mark it 18+ (it is then shown blurred). If you turn on hiding explicit content in your profile, we use that setting to filter the profiles we show you.
Check for AI-generated photos – legitimate interest (protection against fake profiles and fraud): for profile photos and verification selfies we check the file metadata and the photo may also be assessed by Sightengine. The resulting AI probability is stored with the photo for moderators. A photo or verification may be rejected automatically based on this check – you then have the right to a manual review by a person; just write to admin@lyvooria.com.
4. Who can see your data
Other users see what is on your profile, according to the visibility settings of each section.
Processors – only as far as their service requires: our hosting and server provider; our e-mail provider; Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) – payment processing and fraud prevention; Twilio Inc. (USA) – verification SMS; Sightengine (France) – AI-generated photo check; komoot GmbH (Germany, Photon service) – city and place search (search text only); a machine translation provider (DeepL SE, Germany, or Translated srl / MyMemory, Italy) – only text you choose to translate.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some processors (e.g. Twilio, possibly Stripe) may also process data in the USA. This is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention
For as long as your account exists. After deletion we remove your data, except where the law requires us to keep it – payment records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law (up to 10 years).
Security records (sign-ins, IP addresses) are kept only as long as needed to protect accounts and investigate misuse.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and to object. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Download a copy of your data in Account settings ("Download my data"). You can delete your account there too.
You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
