LyvooriaCore principles
Lyvooria is a place for every adult – whatever your orientation, identity, background or looks. These guidelines apply everywhere: on profiles, in Discover, in the Feed, in comments, messages, calls, games and speed dating. The specific forbidden behaviour is listed in the numbered rules below – every warning and ban refers to one of its paragraphs.
Respect
Equal for everyone, whoever they are.
Consent
Nothing intimate without a clear “yes”.
Honesty
Your own photos, true details, one account.
Safety
Report, block, and call 112 in danger.
Respect first
- Treat others the way you want to be treated. No hate, harassment, threats or discrimination.
- Take rejection gracefully. If someone doesn't reply, has blocked you or said no, stop contacting them – also from another account.
- Criticise opinions, not people. Write Feed comments and reactions to photos as you would say them face to face.
Consent and privacy
- Only send intimate photos and sexual messages to someone who clearly asked for them in advance. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- Don't publish or forward other people's photos, chat screenshots or personal details without their consent – this includes view-once photos.
- Don't reveal or guess who wrote an anonymous post.
Be yourself
- Lyvooria is for people over 18 only. Everyone may have just one account.
- Use your own photos and true details (age, gender, relationship status). Your profile photos must show you and must not be generated or heavily edited by AI.
- Profile verification (a selfie) helps others trust that you're a real person – verified profiles get a blue tick.
Photos and content
- Your main profile photo must be decent and should show your face. Children must not appear alone or as the main subject.
- Nudity, sexual or other erotic content is not allowed on Lyvooria – in photos, posts, comments or messages. Photos are checked automatically and such content is rejected.
- Lyvooria is a dating and social network for finding relationships and friendship, not a place for offering sexual services or erotic content.
- Only post content you have the rights to. Moderators may reject or remove photos and posts.
Messages, Feed and games
- Write to people personally. Mass or copy-pasted messages, ads and repeated links outside Lyvooria are spam.
- Anonymous posts follow the same rules – moderators can see who wrote them.
- Games, quizzes, calls and speed dating are for meeting people and having fun, not for pressure. Spicy 18+ games only switch on when you both agree.
Credits, gifts and paid content
- Only sell your own content, and paid content must not contain nudity or sexual content. Don't redistribute content you bought.
- Gifts are just a gesture – the recipient gets no money or credits for them. Don't demand gifts or credits and don't offer anything in return for them.
- Don't lure others into paying outside Lyvooria and never send money to anyone – even someone you trust who asks for it.
Safety online and in person
- Don't share sensitive details (address, ID numbers, bank details, passwords, verification codes) with people you don't know. Lyvooria will never ask for your password.
- Meet in public places for first dates, tell someone close about it and arrange your own transport.
- If someone harms you or something feels wrong, report and block them. In danger, call 112.
Reporting and blocking
- You can report a profile, a post or a message. Every report is reviewed by a moderator and the reported person never learns who reported them.
- A blocked person can't message you and you stop seeing each other. You can unblock at any time.
- Only report real violations – deliberately false reports are a violation too (§ 8.1).
What happens if rules are broken
We choose the sanction by how serious the violation is and by the account's history. Not every violation starts with a notice – the most serious ones lead straight to a permanent ban.

For a minor slip. Notices still count towards an automatic ban.

For a clear rule violation. You have to confirm it before you continue.

The next violation gets the account banned.

Temporary ban
The account is banned for a set time and unlocks by itself afterwards.

Permanent ban
For the most serious or repeated violations. It also applies to the same person's other accounts.
- Depending on severity we remove content, send you a notice or a warning, ban the account temporarily, or ban it permanently. Every sanction refers to a specific paragraph and warnings must be confirmed before you continue.
- After several warnings (all of them count, notices included) the account is banned automatically. Older warnings expire over time and the count starts again after a ban.
- The most serious violations (e.g. content involving minors, sharing intimate content without consent, scams) lead straight to a permanent ban and are passed to the authorities.
- Some temporary bans can be lifted early for a fee – never for the most serious violations. Evading a ban with another account gets all accounts banned permanently.
- If you disagree with a decision, write to us at admin@lyvooria.com. Every appeal is reviewed by a person.
List of rules
What's not allowed on Lyvooria. Every warning and ban refers to one of these paragraphs. Each shows the usual consequence – serious or repeated cases can be dealt with more strictly, minor ones more leniently.
§1 Respect and safety

Don't insult, mock, bully or keep contacting someone who doesn't want to talk, doesn't reply or has turned you down. No means no.
- § 1.2Hate and discriminationUsually a temporary ban
No hate speech or discrimination based on orientation, gender identity, origin, skin colour, religion, age, disability or looks – in profiles, posts or messages.
- § 1.3Threats and violenceUsually a temporary ban
Threats, intimidation, blackmail and any call for violence against anyone are forbidden.
- § 1.4Unsolicited sexual contentUsually a temporary ban
Don't send intimate photos, sexual messages or propositions to anyone who hasn't clearly asked for them. Consent must be clear and given in advance.
- § 1.5Stalking and sharing personal detailsUsually a temporary ban
Don't follow or track people outside Lyvooria against their will, and don't share anyone's address, phone, workplace or other personal details.
§2 Real accounts and true details

Only use your own profile and your own photos. Pretending to be another person or brand, or using someone else's photos, is forbidden.
- § 2.2Multiple accounts and ban evasionUsually a permanent ban
One person may have one account. Creating another one – especially after a ban – is ban evasion and leads to a permanent ban of all accounts.
- § 2.3False detailsUsually a warning
Don't deliberately give a false age, gender, relationship status or other details that could mislead others.
- § 2.4AI-generated and heavily edited photosUsually a warning
Profile photos and verification selfies must not be generated by AI or edited so much that you can't be recognised.

Lyvooria is for adults only. Accounts of people under 18 are closed for good.
§3 Photos and content

Nudity and explicit content are only allowed where they are properly marked: on additional profile photos marked 🔞 and in posts marked “Spicy 18+” (when Lyvooria currently allows these options). Never on the main profile photo, in comments or in paid content (§ 6.2). In messages only with the other person's clear consent (§ 1.4).

Don't post or send photos and videos of other people without their consent. Sharing someone's intimate content (so-called revenge porn) is a serious violation that we report to the authorities.
- § 3.3Violent and shocking contentUsually a temporary ban
Gory, graphic or shocking content, glorifying violence and cruelty to people or animals are forbidden.
- § 3.4Self-harmUsually a warning
Don't promote self-harm, suicide or eating disorders. If you are struggling, call a crisis line (in the Czech Republic 116 123, free and non-stop); if a life is in danger, call 112.

Only post content you have the rights to. Don't upload other people's photos, texts or videos without the author's permission.
§4 Protecting minors

Zero tolerance: any sexual content or communication involving minors, including grooming children. The account is closed for good and the case is reported to the police.
- § 4.2Children in photosUsually a warning
Profile photos must not show children alone or as the main subject. Think about their privacy with any photo of children.
§5 Spam and scams

Don't send mass or copy-pasted messages, ads, promotion of other services or repeated links outside Lyvooria.
- § 5.2Scams and asking for moneyUsually a permanent banMost serious violation
Asking others for money, credits, gifts, loans, investments or crypto, making up emergencies and deceiving others for profit in any way are forbidden.
- § 5.3Phishing and malicious linksUsually a permanent banMost serious violation
Don't send links to fraudulent sites or malware, and don't try to get other people's passwords, login codes or take over their account.
- § 5.4Manipulation and automationUsually a temporary ban
Don't use bots, scripts or automation, don't buy or fake likes and followers, and don't abuse rewards, coupons or referrals.
§6 Payments and paid content

Don't lure others into paying outside Lyvooria (bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut, other platforms, etc.) and don't bypass paid features.
- § 6.2Nudity in paid contentUsually a temporary ban
Paid posts and paid photos in messages must not contain nudity or sexual content.
- § 6.3Selling others' content and sharing bought contentUsually a temporary ban
Only sell your own content. Don't redistribute, share or resell content you bought.

Paying with stolen cards, unjustified chargebacks, money laundering and other payment fraud are forbidden.
§7 Illegal activity

Don't offer, sell or look for drugs, weapons or other illegal goods.

Offering or asking for paid sex, escort services or “sponsorship” in exchange for intimacy is forbidden.

You may not use Lyvooria for anything that breaks the law.
§8 Misusing the service

Only report real rule violations. Deliberately false or mass reports are abuse.
- § 8.2Evading moderationUsually a warning
Don't get around moderators' decisions or technical limits – for example by re-uploading removed content or tweaking text to slip past a filter.
- § 8.3Exploiting bugs and attacking the serviceUsually a permanent ban
Don't exploit bugs, mass-download data (scraping) or attack Lyvooria or its users. Please report bugs to us instead.
- § 8.4Other breach of the termsUsually a warning
Any other breach of the Terms of Service or these guidelines not covered by a paragraph above.
Disagree with a moderator's decision? Write to us – every appeal is reviewed by a person. Repeated warnings can lead to an automatic ban.
