Chapter 1
Getting started
Signing up takes a few minutes. The better your profile, the easier it is for the right people to find you.
How it works
- 1Sign up with your e-mail and a password. Lyvooria is for people over 18 only, and everyone may have just one account.
- 2Confirm your e-mail with the link we send you. If required, you’ll also verify your phone with an SMS code – nobody else sees your number.
- 3Go through onboarding: name, date of birth, city, who you are and who you’re looking for. We use it to show you people looking for someone like you.
- 4Upload photos. Your main photo should show your face; photos must be yours and not AI-generated. We review every photo before it goes live.
- 5Add a bio, interests and answers to prompts – profiles with text get far more replies.
- 6Verify your profile with a selfie. Verified profiles get a blue tick and people trust them more.

- The completion ring on your dashboard shows what’s still missing.

Chapter 2
Profile & privacy
You decide what you show and to whom. Most settings live in your profile and in Account settings.
How it works
- 1Extra profile sections (lifestyle, relationships, health…) are optional. For each one you choose whether everyone sees it or only friends and matches.
- 2In Account settings you choose whether others see your e-mail, whether you can appear in the TOP 10 and whether people can find you by your username.
- 3Don’t want to see 18+ content? Turn on hiding explicit content in your profile – 18+ photos get blurred and we won’t suggest profiles with them.
- 4Incognito hides that you’re online. Anonymous browsing (VIP) keeps you out of other people’s “Who visited me”.
- 5You can block anyone from their profile or from the chat. A blocked person can’t message you and you stop seeing each other. You can unblock anytime.
- 6Are you a couple? Link your accounts in Account settings (or send your partner an invite). Choose whether you’re taken and leave Discover, looking together, or keep the relationship private. Either of you can unlink at any time.
Tip
- Nobody sees your exact location – others only see your city and an approximate distance.
Chapter 3
Discover & matching
Discover is the heart of Lyvooria. When you both like each other, it’s a match and you can start chatting.
How it works
- 1Swipe right if you like someone, left if not. Without VIP you rate 20 profiles a day, with VIP up to 50.
- 2A superlike shows you really mean it. You get 1 free a week (3 with VIP); more are available for credits.
- 3Set age, distance and more in the filters. Skipped someone by mistake? Use Rewind (VIP or credits).
- 4Fill in the Values compass – every profile then shows how closely you match on family, lifestyle and values. Nobody sees your individual answers.
- 5Slow dating limits how many people you see a day and how many new chats you start a week – for anyone who wants more attention and less swiping.
- 6Once a week we can show you a profile you skipped that deserves a second look (Second chance).
- 7You can open profiles outside Discover (from the Feed, games, activities…) 10× a day, 50× with VIP. Matches, friends and Discover don’t count, and re-opening a profile within 24 hours is free. Extra views cost 39 cr.

- With VIP you see who liked you and who viewed your profile.
Chapter 4
Chat & calls
As soon as you match or become friends, the chat opens. Messaging is free.
How it works
- 1Not sure how to start? An empty chat offers ideas for your first message (icebreakers).
- 2Send photos, voice messages, view-once photos and message effects. You can edit or unsend a message shortly after sending it.
- 3Chat games (questions, “this or that”…) help break the ice. Spicy 18+ games only turn on when you both agree.
- 4Video and voice calls run right in the chat without sharing your number. Calling needs VIP; anyone can answer.
- 5Gifts are a symbolic gesture bought with credits and appear on the recipient’s profile. The recipient gets no money or credits.
- 6You can translate messages – 20 translations a week are free, unlimited with VIP.
Tip
- Don’t send mass or copy-pasted messages or move people off Lyvooria – that’s spam.
Chapter 5
Community
Lyvooria is more than dating. In the Feed you share what you love and get to know people without swiping.
How it works
- 1Post in the Feed with photos, polls or a mood. You can post anonymously or schedule a post for later.
- 2Comment, react and mention others. Report any inappropriate post or comment.
- 3Send friend requests to friends and follow people you like. Without VIP you send 5 requests a day, 30 with VIP.
- 4TOP 10 shows the community’s standouts by likes, visits, Feed, gifts and activity.
- 5You collect badges for being active – many of them come with bonus credits.
- 6At the end of the month, check your Wrapped – a recap of your month on Lyvooria.
- 7Sparks are short vertical videos. You can post them after a few weeks on Lyvooria with a verified e-mail and an approved photo. Every spark is reviewed first; only film yourself or people who agreed to it.
Tip
- Anonymous posts follow the same rules – moderators can see who wrote them.
Chapter 6
Dates & activities
From chat to a real meeting. These features help you meet – safely and without awkward silences.
How it works
- 1Tips from friends (Wingman): friends can recommend someone who’d suit you, and you can do the same for them. Your weekly tip limit is 1 without VIP, 2 with VIP Gold and 3 with Platinum.
- 2Verified dates: after you meet, choose “We went on a date” in the chat. Once the other person confirms, the date is verified and you earn the Reliable badge.
- 3Double dates: team up with a friend, find another duo nearby and head out as four.
- 4Free tonight: let people know you’re free tonight and find others nearby who are too.
- 5Games: wheel of fortune, quiz, Guess who, blind dates, party chat and quick games – fun that leads you back to dating.
- 6Speed dating: online evenings with short video dates. At the end you choose who you’d like to see again.
- 7Partner venues: cafés and bars with a discount or a small treat for Lyvooria users – perfect for a first date.

- Meet in a public place for a first date, tell someone close to you and arrange your own transport.

Chapter 7
Credits & VIP
The basics of Lyvooria are free. Credits and VIP add extras – you only pay for what you actually want.
How it works
- 1One credit has a base value of €0.05. Bigger packs include extra credits, so each credit costs less.
- 2Top up in your Wallet by card through a secure payment gateway. Prices are in euros and final; credits arrive right after payment.
- 3Earn bonus credits for free: daily login reward, missions, wheel of fortune, quiz, badges, seasonal events, inviting friends or an approved idea.
- 4Bonus credits are spent first. They can’t be paid out or exchanged for money, and they can’t buy or gift VIP – VIP needs purchased credits.
- 5VIP comes in two tiers: Gold and Platinum. Platinum adds priority likes, messaging people outside your matches (3 a day) and a diamond badge. You buy it with credits for 1 day up to 3 months and it never renews by itself.
- 6A VIP subscription is paid in euros by card and renews automatically (monthly or quarterly). Cancel anytime – your VIP stays until the end of the paid period.
- 7You can gift VIP to someone else – you pay with purchased credits and their VIP starts right away.

Chapter 8
Creators & 18+ content
Lyvooria is for adults only, so 18+ content is allowed – but only from verified creators and always reviewed by a moderator.
How it works
- 1On the Creator verification page, upload a valid ID and a selfie with it. We verify your age and identity.
- 2Accept the Creator agreement: you only post your own content, you have written consent from everyone shown and you’ll provide copies of their IDs within 48 hours if we ask.
- 3A moderator reviews 18+ content, paid posts and videos before they go live. Mark posts with nudity as “Spicy 18+”.
- 4Your main profile photo may show nudity at most and must then be marked 🔞 – no pornography (rule § 3.6).
- 5Even 18+ content has forbidden themes: anything suggesting minors, lack of consent, alcohol and drugs, violence, incest, animals and more (rule § 3.7).
- 6You can withdraw earned credits: you keep 70% of every sale and can withdraw from 20 credits.

- People who don’t want to see 18+ content have it hidden – never push it on anyone.

Chapter 9
Safety & rules
Respect, consent and honest profiles. The community guidelines apply everywhere – on profiles, in the Feed, in chat and on dates.
How it works
- 1Read the community guidelines and the numbered rules – every warning and ban refers to them.
- 2Report any inappropriate profile, post or message with the Report button. A moderator reviews it and the reported person never learns who it was.
- 3If rules are broken we may delete content, issue a warning or suspend or permanently ban the account. You must acknowledge a warning, and several warnings lead to an automatic ban.
- 4Disagree with a decision? Appeal by e-mail within 30 days – a different person always reviews it.
- 5Never share sensitive data, passwords or verification codes, and never send anyone money. Lyvooria will never ask for your password.
- 6If you’re struggling, call a crisis line (in the Czech Republic 116 123, free and non-stop). If a life is in danger, call 112.

Chapter 10
Account & data
Account settings, language, appearance and your data – you’re in control.
How it works
- 1In Account settings you change your name, username, e-mail, password and phone.
- 2Switch the language (Czech, English, German, French) in the header or menu. Turn on dark mode with the moon icon.
- 3Account activity shows when and from which devices your account was accessed. Don’t recognise a login? Change your password right away.
- 4Download a copy of your data in Account settings with “Download my data”.
- 5You can delete your account there too. Deletion is permanent and unused credits are lost – we’ll remind you before you confirm.
- 6Got an idea or found a bug? Tell us in Ideas & bugs – an approved idea can earn you bonus credits.

Quick answers to what people ask us most.
Is Lyvooria free?
Yes. Your profile, Discover, matches, chat, the Feed, friends and most games are free. With credits or VIP you can add extras – more swipes and profile views, seeing who liked you, video calls or a profile boost.
Who can sign up?
Anyone over 18 – whatever their orientation, identity or background. Everyone may have just one account and the details in your profile must be true.
How do I verify my profile?
In Account settings, under Verification, take a selfie following the instructions. Once approved you get a blue tick. Phone verification by SMS may be required – nobody else sees your number.
How does a match happen?
When you both like each other in Discover. The chat then opens and you can start talking. You can unmatch anytime.
Why can’t I open another profile today?
You can open profiles outside Discover (e.g. from the Feed, games or activities) 10× a day, 50× with VIP. Opening profiles from Discover, matches and friends doesn’t count, and re-opening a profile within 24 hours is free. Once you hit the limit, buy an extra view for 39 cr. or wait until tomorrow.
How much is one credit?
The base value is €0.05. Bigger packs include extra credits, so a credit costs less. Prices of all features in credits are on the Credits page and always right next to the feature.
How do I pay?
You pay for credits and VIP subscriptions online by card through a secure payment gateway – we never see or store your card details. Prices are in euros and final, credits arrive right after payment and you get a receipt by e-mail.
What’s the difference between purchased and bonus credits?
Bonus credits are free rewards for being active. They’re spent first and cover gifts, boosts and other extras. They can’t be paid out or exchanged for money, and they can’t buy or gift VIP. Extra credits in a pack and the first-purchase bonus count as purchased.
How do I get free credits?
Come back every day – the daily reward grows with your streak. You also earn bonus credits from missions, the wheel of fortune and quiz, badges, seasonal events, inviting friends with your link or an approved improvement idea.
What’s the difference between VIP Gold and Platinum?
Gold unlocks the main VIP perks – who liked and visited you, more swipes and profile views, calls, incognito and more. Platinum includes everything in Gold plus priority likes, messaging people who aren’t your matches or friends (3 a day), a diamond badge and more Wingman tips.
Does VIP renew automatically?
VIP bought with credits for a set period (1 day to 3 months) never renews by itself – you can extend it anytime and the time adds up. When VIP expires, your profile, matches and messages stay; only the free limits come back.
How does the VIP subscription work?
You pay for a subscription in euros by card and it renews automatically for the same period (monthly or quarterly) at the same price. Cancel anytime on the VIP page – your VIP stays until the end of the paid period. We notify you about every renewal and failed payment.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are digital content – before paying you agree to immediate delivery and thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. We always refund, though, if you were charged twice or by mistake, the credits didn’t arrive or a feature didn’t work because of an error on our side. Write to us with your account e-mail and the payment date.
Is there 18+ content on Lyvooria?
Yes, but only from verified creators and always reviewed by a moderator before it goes live. A main photo may show nudity at most, marked 🔞 – no pornography. In messages, intimate content is only allowed with the other person’s clear consent.
How do I hide 18+ content?
Turn on hiding explicit content in your profile. 18+ photos will then be blurred and we won’t suggest profiles with them.
How many tips can I send with Wingman?
1 a week without VIP, 2 with VIP Gold and 3 with Platinum. The limit resets every week. Send a tip from anyone’s profile with “Recommend to friends”.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the menu on a profile, post or chat and choose Report or Block. Reports are anonymous and reviewed by a moderator. A blocked person can’t message you and you stop seeing each other.
I got a warning or a ban. What now?
Every sanction refers to a specific rule – read it. You must acknowledge a warning before you continue. If you disagree, write to us within 30 days; a different person from the one who decided reviews your appeal.
How do I delete my account or download my data?
Both are in Account settings. Download your data with “Download my data”. Deleting your account is permanent and unused credits are lost.
Can I earn money on Lyvooria?
Verified creators can sell paid posts. You keep 70% of every sale and can withdraw earned credits from 20 credits. Bonus credits and credits from paid chat photos can’t be paid out.
How do I change the language or turn on dark mode?
Switch the language in the page header (in the menu on mobile). Turn on dark mode with the moon icon – we’ll remember your choice.
